Due to the nature of dropshipping and third-party fulfillment, we may not be in a position to independently verify the authenticity of all branded items.

    Refund Assurance for Counterfeit Items:
    In the unlikely event that any product is found to be counterfeit or not as described, TheStyleInk offers a full refund upon return of the item in its original condition. We take such matters seriously and are committed to resolving them promptly. This policy underscores our dedication to customer satisfaction and compliance with consumer protection laws. Customers are encouraged to report such concerns immediately, and appropriate action will be taken, including discontinuing partnerships with non-compliant suppliers.

3. Orders and Shipping:

  • Shipping: Shipping times depend on your location and the type of product. We offer nationwide delivery across India. Please note that shipping times for dropshipping products may be slightly longer as they are sourced from external suppliers.

  • Pricing: All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices may change from time to time, and we reserve the right to modify them without prior notice.

5. Returns and Exchanges:

Return Policy:
We accept returns and exchanges on items that are unused, unwashed, and have original tags intact. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 1 day of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.

Products on Offer – Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy:
Products purchased as part of offers, discounts, or bundle deals are not eligible for refunds or returns.
However, in case the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, an exchange will be provided, subject to the following conditions:

  • You must raise an exchange request within 48 hours of delivery.

  • An unboxing video and product images must be provided as proof.

  • The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging.

Reverse shipping (RTO) and re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer unless the fault is on our end.
We reserve the right to reject exchange claims if the product is found to be used, tampered with, or damaged due to reasons not related to delivery.

Return Shipping:
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
